    1. Ok bluff vs weak villain line?

    2. Generally speaking about abstract hands/boards, the best typical scenario to bluff: flat flop, turn raise with big sizing? ( not flop raise ) Right?

This hand was played like a disaster. Raise much smaller on turn if you are going to try this bluff, although I don't recommend it vs most villain fish since they will call often.

Fold flop or fold to villain's double barrel

terrible bluff, and gets worst , your bluffing a fish on his first hand on the tabble without any reads

i think you are bluffing a fish here. he post/calls PF and has this mini-sizing.
So i think the line is not fine. Bluffing with ~10% equity is not good.
