I played a hand like that some days ago, when I had AQ in a flop AAJ, I shoved and lost to JJ. That could be the reason that I played soooo passive in this hand. Thinking now, I shouldve lead flop for $2.50.. Anyway, vs an unknown, would it be a call on the turn? Im beaten by 55 and KJ (KK?), worth a call?

You shouldn't allow getting beaten in a similar hand to affect your judgement - you have the best hand here so often that you shouldn't hesitate to put your stack in.

Folding the turn here is a very big mistake b/c you basically have the nuts vs his range. You can raise flop but it is not mandatory.

When I played the AQ, it was a 3bet pot vs a 12/8 player. I could be behind AK, not only JJ. In this hand, I was just behind 55 on flop, I had the top kicker.

And yes, I know, results shouldnt affect my decisions...

Lessee. We beat QJ/TJ/J9, all pocket pairs except for 55 (and KK which would have popped you preflop). We lose to KJ/55/KK. Definitely call the turn.

Everybody laughs, etc. But in the same situation, I lost to JJ... Since I folded, everyone say: "LOLOLOL", when I lost, everybody said: "OBV A FOLD!".

I was losing to AK and JJ (3bet pot), here im losing to 55 and KJ (regular raise).

Casatti, these are not similar situations.

AQo hand you mentioned:
- 3bet pot
- villain is a nit
==> his range is pretty narrow and the board hits his range hard.

This hand:
- raised pot
- villain is unknown
==> his range is much wider and includes a lot of hands you beat.

Sure, villain might have 55 or KJ, its a cooler then - but he will play any hand from J8 to QT the same way.
