i checked first two streets just because of this, in hope to see any K, Q or J and to make him bluff the river but... should i valuebet or check again and let him bluffbet here? he's betting on the river pretty often - 68% of situations like this and most times with air.

If he bets with air it's better to check. The hands you're getting value from (Ax) are betting anyways.
