Looking for advice on this one. For one, it's rare that I get this deep against another opponent. In my short history with this guy he seems to play every pot. However, in the limited hands i have with him he has folded to 3 bet 66% of time. My thought process is he possibly has 66+ top two pair +810. I didn't consider him having a two due to 3! pot. Thoughts as played? Looking over the hand a four bet was probably optimal.

With button playing every hand, definitely 4-bet pre is optimal. Even with a normal player on button I prefer 3-betting to flatting.

Turn bet is a little thin 3-ways, although I don't think you can realistically get away from this hand vs. a maniacal opponent. That's one of the reasons the maniacal strategy can be effective, because they always get paid off when they have it. But he could just as easily have had 97, T9, T7, JJ, or even some random bluffs.

When it gets to you pre make it at least $10 and go from there.
