Yes we can fold, that hits his range pretty well. I would expect his range to be made up of suited connectors and small/mid pocket pairs. So expect to see two pair at least.

He probably doesn't have 94 or 96, and there really aren't enough TT+ hands in his range for him to be incorrectly value shoving an overpair, esp. since you've shown strength on every street. Unless he's been really bluffy this seems like an easy fold.
