Villain's line is strange as a bluff or a made hand. I wrote a page long post about this exact same situation yesterday, but long story short you can toss it against most people at MSNL. Here is the post if you want to compare:

Most decent players start bluffs on such a dry flop and for that reason, they will also play their strong hands the same way. To play anything in this way makes very little sense without some more history since a 7x hand would very likely get more money in on average by taking different lines. So figure out if you have more history or if he's not a great player and make your choice accordingly.
Calling could be a huge mistake. Folding could also be a huge mistake. Maybe you're lost because you're trying to 'solve' NL but because of these more psychological spots, you get stuck? A solid default play is to randomize calling down in these spots, no other information given, with the top of your range, and AA is certainly that.
