AA - Against a 3 spade flop

Holding AdAc, against villain where likes to bet big to get people off of pots.
(Caugt him 3 orbits ago, with pair of 9's and called big bet with J,10,5 flop).
Flop of QsJs9s. Made continuation bet and small raise, which I called.
Turn is 9d. check and Villain bets $150.
I have ~$230 left. What is correct play.

Well you left out the preflop action entirely... and pot size and stakes etc... if this is 3/6 and up I'd get it in...If it is 1/2 or below I'd fold... if it's 2/4 then its close
