Raise more PF, you're OOP and people love to call 3bets at 5nl. Make it like $0.90 at least. That way, you can bet $1.5 on the flop and shove the turn. As played though, you have to call the turn getting like a million to 1 odds on it. If he has QQ or JJ then it sucks, but there are more combos of KK and possibly AQ than both of them put together.

The turn if you were going to bet I think you should have shoved. You have a little under a pot sized bet.

After he comes over the top I think I call although I'm not happy about it. I just don't think I can fold this to a possible button steal and no reads or stats.

He could have the 10d Xd. Maybe he has QJo. It could be total air, although that seems unlikely since he called your flop bet.
