I won't always open this from the cutoff, but the button had been playing like 8/8, so I wasn't worried about ending up out of position post flop.

Standard c-bet I think. I'm doing it for value against this player, because he'll call with all types of pair+straight draws, as well as bare draws. If I were worried about balancing my range I might check it back with the intention of calling a turn bet, because I would not c-bet this flop with air, but against this player I'm fine with playing more straightforward.

if he's playing 30% of his hands this is a call

if you would play more straightforward with him, isn't that because he's a straightforward player and not too tricky? that makes me lean towards believing him. you said he calls with paired draws, not fires with them so why would he fire the turn with any hand you have good equity against. i don't see him betting k7 like that.

I would fold this Turn... villain is loose enought to hit this board hard... i can´t see the agreesion stat but i would fold unless i knew he was very agressive.

You may call me weak tight, but I think this is a fold on such a dry board, his stats also tell me that he is somewhat passive limp/calling preflop a lot, raising only strong hands, although sample size is very small.

I don't necessarily disagree I think he can do this with 33-99, 87, 76, 65 so we can call profitably being ip to control the pot-size and re-eval on the river.
