villain seems like a fish. Do we fold the river when he raises? I thought he might have worse 2 pair hand or in the worst case scenario set of 9s. Does fish player raise hands like AJ, AQ, AK for value OTR?

I gotta think this is a fold on the river.

we never fold river, probably play as is (maybe smaller river bet).

Things to note:
C-bet is very large at almost pot, check back on turn can be to pot control or get free card with flush draw KQh type hands. The raise in river polarizes v and his hand is almost exclusively (based on UTG raise) 3 9's imo.


78h kind of fits, but its unlikely given opening raise (although it is possible as it is uNL). I think V always bets turn with AJ/AK/AQ/A10

If he checked turn and raised you on the river with AK AJ AQ for value he is terrible

Tl;dr: bet smaller on river for value with intention to call raise

I like it. Bet smaller river tho.

i bet that sizing OTR to look like a bluff. I was hoping maybe he would hero call with 10x or JJ, QQ, KK.
