Villian is 77/9/0.5 after 82 I have no read about his min-raising and min 3betting. Is my line ok or should I fold or 3 bet my 99 on some street ??

If his pfr is that low you wont ever get it in pre with good equity. Just flat his minraise and set-mine (not purely set-mine, hand has a lot of value even if you dont hit a set obv).

As played I call flop+turn and check back river, you're never getting better to fold and never worse to call

id just check back or bet really small.. your bet only gets called by better imo..

yup, i think his overpair is afraid of a boat so maybe he folds against a shove, but I always check here.

Villain is super strong all the time here. TT/JJ+ (more often than not, QQ+). Not entirely sure why he is betting so small for two streets but I guess he is a passive fish.

Ch back river. Trying to bluff out TT/JJ wont work vs this type of player... and never after you simply flatted two weak bets before (I call them two due to cracking odds and the odd time we are up against a flush draw. AKs, AQs (unlikely I know)).
