so villain proved to be funny 3betting me 4-5 times IP so i picked 99s and decided to play him 3betting him IP (he`s also sorta loose). He 4bets which makes me suspicious so i just flat this then flop and turn im pretty sure i have him crushed given his bet sizing and prior observation which is why i put him on Axs or AKo so i decide to fold turn...

Don't 3-bet. Don't call the 4-bet. Flop is fine. Turn is lol. River is good!!!

All you said was he 3-bet you when he was IP a few times. There's no mention that you thought he was opening too wide. Without a solid read, I wouldn't 3-bet 99 against UTG in a fr game.

Why would this make you suspicious? He's UTG in a full ring game and 4-bet and we apparently have very little in the way of reads on him. It's a very easy fold.
