Villain is 19\14, only 38 hands, it was the first situation when he donks. Flop is very wet. What the better way to play that flop, turn?

i'd probably raise the flop and fold to a 4 bet and take a note. Donks do this stuff all the time.

I dont see why you would want to do this. We have sd value + a pretty decent draw, and by raising we risk getting shoved on, or being called and facing a really awkward spot on the turn when it bricks off; basically we only hope for folds when we raise here and I dont see the point of that when we still often have the best hand + a decent draw.
