Villain was 20/17/2.5 over 166 hands ... think the check min raise could mean QA QK QJ some of the time I doubt its a flush draw....could also be pocket 4's ... standard fold on turn for potential RIO for what is almost a breakeven call if i don't get future value out of him if i complete my flush or get completely dominated by a better hand.. or should i have folded his flop raise.. i was playing tag style myself and didn't raise to many 3-way pots.. only if i had a hand or draw really

I'm taking my free card on that flop. It's the button's luxury.

I think it is fine the way you played it.
The turn is interesting, i don't think he has many full houses there and with the weak bet and the fact you probably get another 30+ on the river if he has a queen then it looks tempting to call, but a fold is fine.

I bet the turn, the flop hasnt hit much of their range so youll take it down lots. If they call then you have the luxury to take a free turn. Its unlucky he razised but you still got to see a turn. I could see a argument to calling turn, but youd need to tread carefully if you hit a high club. Fold is fine

totally fine flop, never check back on that flop, since u raised. take it down right there unless you have a solid read and OP is veryaggro, and would do that with 22-66 range.

I think your line is fine. That flop looks like a great board to c-bet on, I don't think checking would be better. He bet the perfect amount on the turn to price you out unless you were drawing to the nuts.

FWIW, he was holding the computer hand and flopped a full house. All the sites do that if you call a raise with it.
