I think it's a fold. Turn is close but would fold river for this bet size.

Preflop seems cuspy in high rake environments. Probably not the end of the world as long as you are able to win some spots like this. Honestly, it's tempting to probe turn since he will have a ton of overcards/stronger FD's in his range, but I would only do this sometimes and with the 8h so we don't get gutted on flush closing turns.

Again, what can you gather from his play in this spot?

1) You probably start to expand with the 4b bluffs, while keeping your value range quite tight. He is likely to make horrible preflop plays by calling too wide and stacking off too light.
2) You know that he is checking kind of strong. TPTK on a board where AJ might want to bet.
3) You now have a bet sizing/range read on the turn.
4) Now you know he is capable of betting thin on the river.

All sorts of spicy stuff to use against him.
