He probably isn't going anywhere if you raise the flop, so bump it up big, do your best to get it in now. You are ahead of everything but the made straight which you have outs against.

No doubt with the draws on board you need to repop the flop.

Not sure if i would fold the river, you are getting good odds to play the board i would have thought.
