Villain is tight pasiv and not very agresiv player. It's the first time he leads flop. Should I raise flop? If not is calldown ok?

Don´t raise flop. Call it down, take a note. Probably a limit player or something.
I´d feel ashamed of folding to these bets from a player who doesn´t even know he can chance the bet-sizing.
