So im checking flop because i figure MP could have 88-QQ which if i bet he might fold given btn is still to act, likewise i think button is on some type of low pp, so they both have about 8% equits together ott to hit two outers. I figure if i bet flop i will only get called by AK and maybe KJs so i decided to go for two streets, namely turn and river.
This turn is meh but lets bet, they both call. I actually expected to remain hu with mp so one of them must have something good i guess
River is just as nasty, TT improved to set. I decide to check and see what they do...mp insta shoves in two players.
What do we do? Is anyone betting flop btw?

i'm a fish, but if was me i would have c-bet on flop get information, and maybe ck/raise or c/f depending on the action

Checking flop is fine, but I wouldn't do it 100% of the time. River looks like a fold to me.

I think that against one player you can easily check the flop for the reasons you exposed. But i think i would bet against two players for value (i think the only one that could have AK is the open raiser, but its probably that he is 4betting AK preflop) because you get value from JJ-77 and weaker Kxs and also protect your hand against Ax hands. You can take the line of bettting flop checking turn and betting river if it is a good runout.
