5NL, turning 77 into bluff 5NL, turning 77 into bluff

Am I playing with fire here, or does this line I took have merit? Villain is a 73/67/5 over 16 hands, and has already 3-bet pre twice. His AS is 80% from the button. LOL sample size, but he has c-bet 75%. I have no reason to believe his range on the button and flop isn't nearly ATC, to the point where I'm not surprised if my bluff here is a value bet. I decided to flat his c-bet and lead any turn. I'm completely new to having to play Villains like this. I figure the board is dry enough that he a) likely has nothing to call with and b) a lead on the turn by me, who has been folding, folding, folding, will look strong. Anyway, am I just burning money here, or is this generally a good way to defend against extremely loose-aggressive players? Any other ideas for lines I might of taken with my 77 are greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Wanna raise? Raise flop. Calling flop to bluff turn is spewy because it lets say KJ hit TP, when if you raise flop KJ just folds.

Whether or not raisings right is another question.

it's not a value bet ever, because he's not calling with worse than 77. You're also betting into a card that makes his perceived range stronger, which kind of throws up a red flag. If he's probably going to bluff this card, why would you want to lead out with your strong hands? What are you trying to represent here? Your value range is really narrow here. Sets, and JK. If you have a narrow value range, you shouldn't try to bluff at 5nl. You rarely have a king here (you'd 3b AK, you probably won't reverse float KQ or worse here)

If you don't think he can have anything on this board, c\c turn c\f river is probably better than leading. You might fold out 99\TT, but rarely anything else that is beating you. Given he is 77/64 I think he's more likely to keep barreling worse, than to fold better.

With only 13 hands, it's hard to tell, but I don't like set mining with 77, since you assume he has a weak range. I think a 3b bluff is ok. Without more hands I'm folding to a 4b. Folding pre is probably fine too, since it's going to be really hard to play out of position vs an aggressive opponent.
