rush pokers, no reads.
i usually raise approx 100 % of donkbets, but i didnt want to inflate the pot with a marginal hand. checked the turn to induce bluffs from busted draws etc. wasn't really happy about villain betting full pot on the river but figure i have to call. i assume that i should basically never fold river based on line that i took. anyone think there is a better line that i could have taken?

I'm bet-folding the turn all the time here.

yeah i def. considered b/f the turn, but what do we do if villain c/c the turn then bets the river on a blank, call or fold? i suppose this isnt a huge problem but just a line that often gives me problems.
also considered raising to charge draws, but i thought it was too thin and we have blockers to lots of straight draws.

If he lead a blank river I would happily call. (All the draws missed and he could betting 9x because there is a likely chance he is bad). I think you can probably fold on heart rivers but that's about it.

Oh and I'd bet blank rivers if checked to again on the river. Too much 9x, 66-88 in his range to not value bet imo.

I'd raise his bet just because there's some draws out their and I'd guess they would call.
Also when he check turn I'd bet again, not that big but big enough to make him pay for drawing. I doubt he fold a 9 here.
If he call again and the river is a brick and he check you could bet like 1/4 pot or something to just get value from the 9, he might even have 66,77,88 and call you down with that. If you bet small though you have to decide whether he can bluffraise you with a missed draw or not. In case he raise you.
