I know the pre raise was marginal, but I wanted to punish the limper, and take down the pot with a cbet, but meh. When he called my turn bet, I went into auto check-call mode on the river, but woah. PSB for half my stack?

easy call. He has J-10, A-J or a missed flush draw. He wouldnt have the 2 if he calls your raise. The flop was very draw heavy, he called you down and is making a suspicious all-in bluff after your river check. Only hand that explains how he played it is K-Q whereas you win against many other hands that were missed draws. Though the K-Q would have likely raised on the flop and def no later than the turn. So 9 out of 10 this is an easy read bluff.
