I would call here. It's possible he has a flush but it's strange that he would check the turn since he picked up equity with the diamond and then check again at the river. That line only makes sense against someone very aggressive. Not worried about better sets since JJ and KK shouldn't be checking the turn. On the flip side, weaker sets don't check either so I don't know what would be raising on the river. It comes down to being 27% to call so I feel like folding here is too nitty. If he does have a flush or a better set just write a note that he plays like this.
