Wasnt sure but I figured he calls me pretty wide on the flop and will fold out a lot of weaker pairs/gutshots/pps etc.... Sometimes he calls me with smaller fd or calls with a straight draw etc... considering he is a massive fish. If he is at the top of his range and has the Q then obviously I still have ok equity. This was my thinking, I guess it seems standard.

you should be asking yourself if you have any fold equity as you are turning your hand into a semi bluff. i would just check and take the free river card and get it in if you hit.

Do we bet the flop 4 way at 5nl? I might take a free turn card as i can't see 3 villains folding much on this flop.

My hand is always a semi bluff but against this villain I think I have a ton of FE on the turn, he calls the flop so light that I am happy to shove here. His range at the turn is so wide that it is always profitable.

Also, with regards to we bet the flop 4way... yes I would because I would like to build a pot for when I hit as well as allow myself to double barrel if I miss because I feel like I will be called very wide on the flop and betting flop allows me to take down a lot of turns.

i dont like it.

which hands is he calling the flop with? mostly Qx, sets and random FD. But yeah.... its NL5 everybody plays spewy etc.

still dont like it and take the free rivercard.

We have almost 50% equity vs most hands they can have. I don't mind turning our hand into a semi-bluff. Considering its NL5 its more then a Valueraise then anything else TBH.
They will call worse draws which makes it more value then to check IMO.
UGLY turn; I may check it back since we have ugly P-T-S ratio ...

The prob is at NL5 I think almost NO ONE would push a FH at this spot (in your shoes)
They would make it like 1$ or 2$ but not push slightlymore then the pot.
It screams like "I have a draw", even if your villain cant handread at all, I feel like this is the normal "gameflow" at nl5 ... nuts will be slowplayed or semislowplayed, and rarely pottet-allin on the turn (Im not used to that, just something i think about ... am I right?)

Your range for hands he calls the flop with is waaaaaaaaaaaay to narrow. I definately think we have to include. Jx, Straight draws, Smaller fd's, some pps, maybe even 7x!. This guy is a terrible fish who is rarely folding to cbets so to say his range on flop is Qx or sets is kinda ridiculous. I think I have a lot of FE on the turn here. I think he calls the flop with all kinds of bunk like ATo 89o T9o. Against any random Jx hands he may call turn with I still have good equity as well as the fact he can show up with dominated sd's and fd's I still think my shove is good.

I like it. Bet sizing is good, and turn is mandatory shove given stack sizes. Also turn shove has fold equity.
