So the 7 river is an absolutely disaster. Any card over 9 beats me now, and at best I share the pot. With V line I think I should probably just give up, since when he raise the turn it is likely he either has low PP, which I share with now, but more likely that he has some high card. Thoughts on river shove?

U have a range advantage here OTR, since SB should open lots of Ax pre.
I like the bet OTR, migt not that sizing tho because u shouldn't have that many Ax urself when calling c/r OTT. (A-high FD and A9 been the only ones here imo)

Bet like 30-40BB and ship the moneys.

I have no idea what reasonable ranges for sb limp call are and what is good range to raise him pre,so whole comment will pretty much be guessing.
Think turn is check we dont get action from any worst hands only form split and better and ap fold to a raise.If you bet all 9x ott your checking range is almost all air,by checking you give him chance to bluff river with GS SD FD,but maybe its better to check some other 9x that is not so vulnerable to over cards.
Otr just bet small if he has an A he is calling if he dost he is folding.98s is badcombo to bluff this big because it blocks 9x in unlikely case he is c/r turn with some of those combos.
