SB is a fish. BB stats:

17/12/.9 (500 hands)
CB: 29 FCB: 71
3B: 3 F3B: 57

Villain is obviously a nit. I called pre to get the fish involved. If i call flop I am pot committed on basically any turn.

.9 is AA, KK and 500 hands is a reasonable sample. Even if not precisely accurate his range is still very much ahead of you, just fold pre.

If you call this guys 3b pre, you might as well call with 77, his range is 2 overcards or an overpair, fold if you don't hit a set.

Pretty sick but this guy's 3bet is so tight and he's doing it against you out of position. Think you can probably fold the flop though it might be difficult. He can literally only have KK/AA with that infrequency of 3betting.

Not really getting the odds to set mine so maybe just fold pre?
