as played, at 5nl players will do this with a turned set or 2 pair. lag weak players will with a FD time to time. very weird but I think a fold is okay, just don't be afraid to pull the trigger on this vill on a later hand if he's out of line again. you could check the flop if it was dry with an A

I would cbet 13-14bbs and fire that turn if he calls.
