First of all, how is the 3bet here? The guy had a pretty high button steal range (over 30). Is flatting a better play OOP in this situation?
Secondly, once I've 3bet, is this a bad time to cbet the flop? When do you typically want to cbet after 3betting, and when do you not want to? How does this differ from choosing spots to cbet in regular raised pots?
