It depends.

What is the history between you and villain?
How does villain view you?
What information has lead to you describing him as "bad aggro" (other than 50/38 in 24 hands)?
What range of hands will villain call turn with?

Checking the turn is best, against over aggressive opponents, on this board, with our hand. We allow them to put in money with air and weak hands, that would have correctly folded to a turn bet.

First of all, I would make it slightly bigger pre. Checking flop seems best to make to fill our c/c range if he's aggro (which his stats suggest, albeit small sample). We won't be able to get 3 streets of value anyways.

What are you trying to accomplish on the turn though?

This leads to my first paragrah, fill in some checks with hands like this so you can check call turns and possibly rivers. You won't be able to get 3 streets of value anyways.

Pre is fine especially if we think CO is opening very wide though ATs in the lower end of what I'd personally decide to 3B CO vs BB. Sizing on flop is fine.

Turn should absolutely be a check IMO he could very easily have 9x in his range in addition if you are going to bet the turn this bet screams Ax trying to fold out a draw.

As played on river you need to fold as you only really beat air and villain could very easily have any 9x.

If betting on the flop it should definitly be with the intention to check the turn on this turn.

X the turn for pot control and give the fish at the same time a chance to bluff.

X or B Flop - depending on your history maybe x if he is a group but the turn bet seems like a disaster to me, I would just check call down although folding this river
