He probably openraises JJ TT so his most likely valuehand is JT by far. Ofc quads is 1 combo and J5 T5 are so bad he mostly doesn't play them except maybe the suited versions of which the combos total of 2.

Now I don't know if the fish knows that any queen beats JT. But I assume he does and thus it is likely he checks JT behind.
I would donk the river.
