Poker Stars $0.25/$0.50 No Limit Hold'em - 6 players
The Official 2+2 Hand Converter Powered By DeucesCracked.com

SB: $102.55
BB: $48.80
UTG: $59.95
MP: $98.05
CO: $35.60
Hero (BTN): $70.30

Pre Flop: ($0.75) Hero is BTN with A Q
UTG raises to $1.50, 1 fold, CO calls $1.50, Hero calls $1.50, 2 folds

Flop: ($5.25) A 2 J (3 players)
UTG bets $3, CO folds, Hero calls $3

Turn: ($11.25) Q (2 players)
UTG bets $7.50, Hero calls $7.50

River: ($26.25) 3 (2 players)
UTG bets $16, Hero folds

Additional thoughts & info: UTG is 21/13 for 50hands and is on the tight side.
Preflop: I call in position against 2 players, don't see any point on 3betting
Flop: He bets into 2 people, i have TPGK, call in position to see what he does on turn
Turn: We turn second pair but he still bets strong, so i put him on pretty strong range like AKss/AQss/AJ/ATss, Set. I've thought about raising it but it seemed to me that i will only get all the worse hands to fold and others will shove and I will be pot commited to call cause he may do it with AKss/AQss/AJ/ATss that are a big part of this range. So I call and will figure out what to do on the river.
River: Flush hits the board, and he's still betting 3/5 of the pot that looks to me like a pure valuebet with the nuts.

Any comment? Am I a too nitty? I just don't see him doing this with anything else but the nuts.

Of course you are gonna lose a lot here, but your hand is too strong to fold against these odds.

I would have raised the turn, I don't think AK (especially if it is the AK of spades), AJ or As10S fold. And you say he bet strong on the turn, but actually his bet sizing is weak.

As played I think you have to call. Especially since your hand is way under repped.

This might sound pretty ridiculous but unless he 2 barrels with 77-TT we just don't beat that much on the turn. What is he 2 barreling apart from AK that we beat? KQss? KQo? QJo? Even if we call the turn we get into even more trouble on pretty much any broadway and any spade. I can't see many flushes he can just barrel all the way through but i'm not sure about calling on the turn either.

Raising turn is kind of meh because even though we don't want 4-to-straight a spade or club to come off on the river, we turn our hand super face-up imo. That said, if the river is going to be a bad card 1/2 the time than you should really try to play for stacks on the turn and hope he can't fold AK/AJ/AT

he might even be valuebetting worse.

raise the turn and you know where your at. If you arent doing this then you face what you faced on the river. I know its not the most value if your hand is good on the turn, but maybe the safest earner.

I would recommend calling as well. Raising is only going to make him folds you're beating anyway, or raise or call you with the flush, sets, and MAYBE a weaker 2 pair.

the turn bet is a bit weak because it just created a few more draws. If he was legitimately taking you to value town he probably should bet more here to price you out.

Does anyone think a raise pre with AQs on the button is a good idea?

you are mostly ahead on the river because i cant imagine him holding two spades in his hand (ATs-AKs). I think we should get it in on the turn with top two because there are a many hands that we beat AT,AJ,AK, ...

I like raising with AQs on the BTN especially vs a tigh player
