Just a video I did for 50NL. Some interesting spots (including a weird turn spot with KK in a 3bet pot), but there's a lot of talking about adjusting bet/raise sizes based on player tendencies, stealing, betting to take down pots that no one seems interested, and really just adjusting your game to better exploit other ppl.

Cool Vid. Rapid, quick question, on the QQ hand where we get 3bet oop on the J high board, if it gets checked back to us on the turn, are we firing a value bet on a blank river or check calling?

I've had some coaching with RE, and he laughs like that a lot. Good times. It's even funnier when he runs like god against the shorties.

Oh, and I smile every time I hear him shuffle his chips, too.

kk hand you flat a 3bet from SB 10/6 or something. He checks to you I agree you should bet for value but I think I'd aim for 3streets and not 2. he basically never has anything connected to the flop for draws, just a problem if you let a scare card hit (I'm guessing thats why you bet 2 streets?). I just feel like the bigger bets arn't getting as many peels and the turn shove is gonna look scary ect. Sucks that turn was a K but cool when u suck out on his Aces, Don't think you can do much else. I guess you could gay bet it because you are always stacking AA he never has AK but JJ QQ is gonna find it slightly harder to fold. meh they probably still fold if he's a nit.

QQ hand @ 21min. get 3bet really small, I think I like your line better then the rest. If he made it like 11+bbs I would be way more inclined to 4bet/call because extra dead monies when he folds. Also he can play much better against you if you started to 4bet to wide for value Vs a small 3bet, risk reward bs. As played flop seems standard. On turn I first thought you are nuts but... like you say we are crushed unless he can 3bet you light IP (you don't have info) or capable of 2 barrel over bet bluffing turns with something that might have picked up some equity. We basically don't know that he can do that so looks like a fold. Probably still a fold even if he was doing those things some % of the time but you would be getting it in pre more often anyway.

Ab: 40% pot/fold might be a good line if he checks turn. Again it's really thin value since we need him to either be 3betting AJ/KJ/QJ preflop or be stubborn enough to call with TT or something like that. It does take some of the awkwardness out of facing a river bet, but given that it's the first time he's 3betting us and we've called and peeled one, I think that another bet by him is gonna have us beat often enough for us to fold. (Admittedly, I might flip a coin and call just for meta (and to see what he can take a 3b/b/c/b line with), figuring the chance we're good+the info we get is worth it.

Rich: I was actually pretty confused by villain's line given his nitty stats, the preflop 3bet and the flop c/c unless he was slowplaying AA postflop. It seems that his range should be cbetting or maybe c/fing some %. In retrospect, betting smaller to suck him into the pot is probably a much better play and as you can tell, I spend a bit too much time lamenting my line as the video goes on. lol
