well he is "spewy" but he never put out a raise in the first hand. if you go by baluga, then you should fold the turn to his pressure.

is it really easy fold? this guy called the flop with 8 high no draw in the first hand

I would have a hard time folding. This guy looks like a spewtard, maybe on tilt. I gotta think we're good at least 30% of the time here.

I feel that when people post HH for reference that occurred after the hand in question, it's sort of cheating. I would have probably folded if I didn't know that he's so spewy, but knowing about the outcome of the other hand, I probably call

The other hand happened first, about 6 hands before, look at my stack.... I was going for the same line on a river brick, bet,bet,check/call

I kind of like how op played first hand, let the bluff tard take a stab at the river.
2nd hand, meh. We know he is calling wide so 910 is in his range along with lots of 7's. Personally I think it's 50/50. Monster vs draws. Difficult to say which is more likely considering his previous play and the apparent fd on the flop.
If you think he will high tail and run after this hand I might be more inclined to fold and wait a bit.
