Yes, this is standard. The why:

Lots of hands that can raise you here that are worse, versus the small range of hands that are better that yours + you can still suckout versus those hands. So you're beat by J9, AJ, KK (KK seems unlikely tho, i expect him to get it in preflop), and you are beating AQ, AK, KQ, QJ, QT, KJ, 88, TT, any spade draw, any pair + draw basicly.
