Villain is 22/12 onl 64 hands, folded to 3bets 2/2, AF 2.60, steal 60%.

Preflop: 3bet is standard, my IP 3bets are all 9BBs in full ring against one semi-decent or regular player. Also 3betting big that deep would create some awkward spots post, where my hand range is pretty much face up.

Postflop: flop sizeing maybe too big, 1/2 pot is standard though.. When he raises, i think its an obvious call, folding is way too weak and raising would be turning my hand into a bluff. So, the turn is one of the best cards for my hand, it eliminates some TT-combos and with this turn bet, villain is repping only 44 or some combo-draw he turned into a bluff. TT and AA are just too unreal and AT would be too much of a spew preflop. So what's your plan for turn and river?

how do you know hes semi-reg. He could be a complete maniac whos been quiet.

i have not stated that he is semi-reg. But its true that i play against all players like against regs if not proven otherwise(unless they are bronzestars or some weird-stackers).
