over (very) small sample size villain was playing 54/0/1...I was thinking about I am strong enough to push, bcs what range could villain had? He could be on combo draw with J9s but I doubt player like that would play it so solid.
So I was thinking about TPWK...

In truth I probably fold this here.

I know it was a small sample, but he really could have anything here. Bad players play cards in ways you could never imagine. In my experience this type of player isn't raising top pair/weaker kicker than yours or another hand you beat much. They would just call down.

Your flop bet is weak with a drawy board and two villains, I would probably go with about 8.50. Turn bet, if your going to bet, needs to be larger also, probably around 15.

PS : If you go into edit mode you can change your title
