50NL Middle set against turn raise and shove

Definately going with this against BTN, he was kind of a fish, being too aggro and trying to win every pot. But I'm really confused on what BB has, he was a nit running 15/11 over 190 hands, and I seen him miss an easy value bet with AA on the river on a KQxx board earlier.
