I would 3-bet pre, would only call with KK or AA, especially if your opponent is loose passive. Would raise on the flop. Otherwise well played IMO.

I think I 3bet pre because a 23/8 will call 3bets with like all of his open range from my experience.

Other than that it is well played. Very rarely 4x in his range. Looks like a smaller OP to me. If he had TT sucks. Nh.

Oh btw I bet a little more on river because I doubt he ever gets that far without a boat, and we all know nobody folds a boat.
