Villain is 31/17 over ~80 hands
I think this should be a fairly standard decision but I wasnt really sure.

saw flop

Hero (UTG+1) ($143.45)
MP1 ($100)
MP2 ($183.80)
MP3 ($116.10)
CO ($101.50)
Button ($60)
SB ($26.35)
BB ($139.45)
UTG ($82.55)

Preflop: Hero is UTG+1 with K, K
1 fold, Hero bets $3, 3 folds, CO calls $3, 3 folds

Flop: ($7.50) J, 8, 3 (2 players)
Hero bets $4, CO calls $4

Turn: ($15.50) 3 (2 players)
Hero bets $12, CO calls $12

River: ($39.50) 9 (2 players)
Hero bets $22, CO raises to $82.50 (All-In), Hero ???

You can play as is, ie put a blocking bet/fold to a raise unless he likes to bluff a lot or makes spewy value bets, in which case I would check/call. If you think he's very passive post-flop or doesn't bluff often on the river you can even find a check/fold.

As played, I suspect you are beat. Not really a draw-heavy board and at 31/17 his range is all over the place. Can easily hit two pair by the river or slow-played a set.

ooooooooooooo

Then i would raise 4x pre. Bet bigger on flop and bet bigger on river. But i am never folding if that's what you're asking. I raise 4x utg, 3.5x mp, and 3x lp with my whole range. This way you are getting value from your strong range ep and getting a cheap bluff on your weak range lp.

Spoiler:
Can you smell the **** i'm steppin in?

Sorry my mistake, I thought it was a deuce on the turn. Meh, so call. Get stacked by a set and re-buy.

Has he 3b at all over these 80 hands? Any other info on him? Kind of a sketch spot b/c the board is so dry and is range is so polarized at this point.

So a lot of you guys think this is a call? I couldnt really figure out anything he would do this with that I beat except maybe J8 or J9. I ended up folding by the way

I think if you're going to make a call on the river here then you need to know that villain can turn up with spewy hands. Which he may well do...I'm just not sure I want to be the one who pays $60 to find out.

You've 3barreled oop. I think your hand is face up, and he's shoving into it. The only busted draw is 9T. If we give him any credit, we fold, surely.

This is a set like always the turn is a perfect slowplaying card. Its so obv you have an overpair. The question now is: Does villain expect you to call or fold with an overpair in this spot?? Disappoint him by doing the opposite to what you want.

How do you play an overpair none-obvious way OOP?

Bet flop, c/r turn?

B/C/B if turn got checked around?

This, it's easy to distinguish someones range when you get to the river, if we bet / bet / bet we could have anything on the planet tbh.

You likely have the best hand as far as we can tell by the turn. Standard PPS, bet more on all streets and I'm calling river, expecting to be beat by a super slowplayed fishy hand.
