Yes, we are assuming that. I still think that most NL50 players, OOP, will not flat KK in the sb or AK. QQ is closer, and it's definitely in his range. but this is a paired board and there are plenty of players who are notorious for fighting hard on paired boards in bvbs, thus making it the way he played the hand thus far more profiable even if 6 combos of QQ are in his range.
