Villain is aggro-bluffy, and he shoved 3rd pair earlier.
Not sure how he plays draws, and what a turn C/r indicates.

I'm inclined to call with TP given that suspicious raise on the turn. Is he repping a flush draw? top pair?
His range includes air, a King, 2 pair and less likely a flush. Call with TP-ok-kicker?

I don't like the flop raise here with TPWK. Also, after you cr the flop and bet the turn strong, he's never check minraising worse so i would fold the turn even vs an aggro-bluffy villain without more reads on his tendencies.

The correct play has already been alluded to, but just looking at the river (assuming as played) -

You know a shove is likely coming on most rivers, so why would you ever call the turn without the intention of calling the river? You're not drawing and you must have him on a bluff, so I would just call the river if I'm calling the turn.

I'm a station and I call. Building a big pot with this hand OOP on the flop may have been a mistake. If you do CR flop I like it a bit bigger. As played, call seems ok, same with folding. If villain is bluffing a ton then call I guess

Don't C/R flop, since you're building a big pot OOP with a relatively weak holding on a dangerous board, that's probably going to get worse on the turn and river.

Fold to his valueminraise on the turn, he's not valuebetting worse then TP and this is a bluff hardly ever given your flop line, which overreps your hand.

{It's late here, i might have had too many drinks tonight}

I don't mind c/r these board as it's very hard to put you on on a K here if you have a decent 3bet % and you are gonna get peeled very light by a bluffy aggro player and if he decides to continue he will try to steal later in the hand. so roughly your perceived range is 55, 88, K8s or FD or 76 or air.

If he's a good bluffy aggro villain i think i'd call. I mean I can't see him taking this line for value with anything else than or Qc5c or JcTc ( or AcQc but i think he might get this in on the flop hoping you have a small FD often enough).

If he had a set on the turn i think he would raise more for protection. His minraise seems like a raise for information. He knows that if you don't ship this turn you have a FD most of the time and sometimes a K8 or another K and maybe 76.

On the river I guess his plan was to ship any non club river (and maybe non 4 or 9). But when he sees that you check I guess he's got the green light.
