Are you kidding? This thinking is so weak.
1) You have a set.
2) There is only one hand except bigger set that beat you (you have 4th nuts).
3) Villain's range is so much wider than this (OPs which he doesn't raise preflop since his PFR=1, all kinds of FDs and some other hands not worth mentioning)
4) You have a set so extract value by betting 3/4 PSB for 3 streets.
