The J is the worst turn card for you here. But I still shove when checked to. If he shows up with a set here, puke. I might even crai otf because we are committed (as is BTN) and the board can only get worse for us.

He ended up having A4. I was just calling flop to keep in all his bluffs because it's actually possible he doesn't have a made hand here. That 3 certainly connects some of the bluffs he could have on the flop though. I just felt that i'm getting such a cheap price that he would have a enough bluffs on the river to make it profitable. Whether that's really the case i don't know but that's how i felt. not sure if that's the correct thinking here.

He isn't potting the flop with total air here. I def c/s otf the more I think about it. The problem isn't the river play, it's the turn play (not shoving with 1/2 PSB left) and the flop play (not shoving with 1/2 psb left). You aren't folding with a 1/2 PSB left and neither is he (and he's not bluffing this board too often with a PSB despite what you may think) so get it in otf as the board can't get better for you - if can only get worse.
