CO is 21/4 over 23 hands
mp1 is 20/11.5/4.5 iver 207 hands

MP1 call after I 3bet with CO left to act is very strong, after CO pushes I could call his bet or shove, not worried about him, the thing is I don't want to call CO and go against villian if I dont hit, what do you guys think is best here........

I can fold this easily enough. I AM worried about shortie. He raises only 4% and 4-bets here. You're a dog to AA and KK and a race against any lower pair than that.

I can see CO smooth calling with QQ KK AA pre. But I can not see him shoving on any AX. Odds are you a pretty big Dog in this situation.
Fold

CO sample is very small only 23 hands, MP1's call is the one I dont like..... with him left to act, I'm pretty much done........

Imo, MP1 has a preaty wide range even though the stats are from just 200 hands the way he played it is a PP (77-TT). The CO is not that much of a shortie (36BB), probably has lost a one or two hands before and hasn't rebought so I can see him do this with AA/KK.

equity win tie pots won pots tied
16.100% 15.65% 00.45% 30888027 891380.00 { AcKd }
20.213% 20.11% 00.10% 39692988 204248.00 { TT-77 }
63.688% 63.24% 00.45% 124820553 891380.00 { KK+ }

However I give a very tight ranges here...prolly because you don't know much info about your opponents.
The other thing I saw is that when you made your 3-bet MP1 received almost 3:1 odds and he called. After the shove of CO, and if you just call, he will again have 3:1 odds, so if he is paying any attention to this I guess he has to call. So if you really don't want to fold, it is better to raise, however I will fold on your place.

If you're going to squeeze here, you need to make the bet much larger, imo. You want to punish MP1 for opening light and CO for calling light, so make it $11 pre. This should also make MP1's actions a bit easier to interpret. As played, I doubt that MP1 is folding to CO's shove and TBH, his flat is pretty strong. I fold and take note of both their hands.

exactly, his call was pretty strong, so I thought the same thing, I folded and he called.... MP1 showed QQ and CO showed JT

I'm actually really surprised that he flatted with QQ. CO's shove with JT is pretty bad, obv.
