About $55 or $60 of my stack is from this villain. He was playing somewhat weak and just calling down light too much which is how I took his money so far.

Poker Stars, $0.25/$0.50 NL Hold'em Cash Game, 2 Players
LeggoPoker.com - Hand History Converter

Hero (SB): $215.15
BB: $52.05

Pre-Flop: A K dealt to Hero (SB)
Hero raises to $1.50, BB raises to $3.50, Hero raises to $15, BB calls $11.50

Flop: ($30) 3 T 4 (2 Players)
BB checks, Hero bets $36

This standard? I meant to make it 38 (he had 37.05 left on the flop), but whatever, same result either way. Anyway, in a 4bet pot I've got to try to take this down right?

easy fold you missed that flop really hard, and you will get called by any pocket 99+ , which is a huge parte of his range.

Well, folding isn't an option, he checked to me. But my issue is that if I check and the turn blanks, I'm screwed when he bets out at it. If I can't go after this pot, what's the point of 4 betting AK?

You 4bet ak because most people wont call a 4bet, most times it's shove or fold and it's way ahead of his 3bet range.
If you cb flop he will bet turn often, but most of his range still beats you, i dont see him bluffing very often in 4bet pots.
Just let the pot go if you dont hit with ak, i dont have a reason to bet there you only fold out worse hands and get called by better hands.
