Villain was 45/0/5 but only after 15 hands or so.

First of all, should I be raising this OOP vs. someone like this, or should I just opt to flat call?

Secondly is the flop check ok ? It was a dry board, and although I definitely get called if villain has a pp, I also think I can get more value, and in less trouble with a6 if I just check.

The turn was weird I thought I would call because I have a underepped hand, but the river I am unsure about. I could definitely see him playing a weaker ace this way, so I thought call would be good ?

PF is fine

Flop is meh i don't expect this type of villian to bluff since he looks so passive limping on the BTN. Betting flop is the standard play. But checking is fine to help him catch up since u have the board crushed.

FWIW if he was a aggro donk i would like the flop check more.

Turn call is fine but again i don't expect him to bluff often at all. River at this point i think u are chopping at best, But i still call because i am a station and we are getting 3:1 only have to be good 25% to BE.

As played I am calling the river. PF I would just check behind. Flop I agree with the check to let him catch up. Turn I call the min raise. River I would check call. Most of the time we chop here. Sometimes he shows up with a 7 but I doubt it. I can also see things like KQ, QJ and missed flush draws trying to steal the hand on the river. But I def call the river.
