50NL 7-9o flops top pair in 3bet pot facing a flop minraise

This guy really isn't that good and has stats of 75/55 with an AF of 1, a fold to 3bet% of 37%. He hasn't folded to a lot of my 3bets, but he has folded to 1/2 of my cbets in 3bet pots. He recently doubled up, c/r and calling a flop shove with an over card and a flush draw. We've only played about 40 hands together, so I really can't say too much else.
