Villain has been playing 83/68/37 % 3 bet

I decided to make a stand by 4 betting KTo. We have played about 60 hands and he is a bit of a maniac. This is the first 4 bet pot

When he calls the turn bet here, is it worth shipping the river or better to check back? In 3 bet pots he has generally been quite fit or fold

Turn: ($25) A (2 players)

yeah, I also wonder why you check flop. Your perceived 4bet range should be firing this flop I think. You are repping JJ+, AQ+ and I think he will fold a lot to your flop c-bet.

I check behind river. You have a little bit of showdown with the T and obv. no club or A is really folding here.

What if i instead held

1. AKo
2. A6o

Would you check back 1, and bet 2? I know these are very general questions, but thanks for any feedback!
