50NL - 3bet pot line check

This guy plays 62% OTB & 62% in BB. Very passive. Folds to 3bet 38%.
I 3bet him twice before. The first time w/ AQo & he folded my cbet on A88 board. The 2nd time I 3bet 42s and he raised my cbet pretty big. Since he both called my 3bets, I probably shouldn't have 3bet this hand, since it's a little to weak, right?
Should I cbet this board? How about the turn? What about the bet sizes?
