Villain is 26/21/6 over small sample

Full Tilt No-Limit Hold'em, $0.50 BB (5 handed) - Full-Tilt Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

MP ($51.75)
Button ($51.05)
SB ($50.70)
Hero (BB) ($59.30)
UTG ($50.75)

Preflop: Hero is BB with 3, 3
1 fold, MP bets $1.75, 2 folds, Hero raises to $6, MP calls $4.25

Flop: ($12.25) 8, A, 8 (2 players)
Hero bets $7, MP calls $7

Turn: ($26.25) A (2 players)
Hero checks, MP checks

River: ($26.25) 3 (2 players)
Hero ?

The question is, given the action and the board, can we vbet here?

Will we get looked up by 99+? Or only As?

Like 15ish? My worry was that a small bet would look scared and he might bluff shove me off the best hand(maybe giving villain to much credit) and if I bet it big I never get call by PPs.

12-15 sounds good.

I think I like betting smaller to target the K-high types to call. (Since PP's higher than 88 are generally not folding)
