Villains stats are 17/15/3.6, cold call 7%, 3bet 9.5%, fold to cb 29% over 300 hands
He had minraised my cb just few hands earlier and i just folded.
Do you like my line? Would you play it differently?

you could re-raise the flop , also no need to check the turn the guy won
t fire again thinking you have nothing. the prolly has AQ . you would have raised the turn he'll prolly re raise you and you could stick it in more easy. on the flop raise to 8.
I want to emphasize that the turn check is really bad. you are not being tricky you are losing value, seeing he will not bluff you after you re-raised his bet on the flop.

Either reraise the flop or lead the turn, if he's been raising a lot of your flop bets there's going to be a lot of hands like Qx and 55-JJ in his range, meaning he may fold to a 3bet on the flop - so calling the flop and leading the turn might be the best line to take for value.
